LanzaroteAccommodation.com accepts no liability for the correctness and completeness of the information within its online presentation of Accommodation.
The owner/provider of the Accommodation who provides us with the information assumes legal responsibility for any information that is provided.
By receiving the electronic confirmation (email) of your booking from the owner/provider, you as the tenant have a contract with the owner/provider of the Villa/Apartment/Hotel and not with LanzaroteAccommodation.com. The owner/provider of the Villa/Apartment/Hotel has to fulfil this contract.
The online agent LanzaroteAccommodation.com does not assume any kind of direct, partial or subsidiary responsibility for rights out of this contract and/or out of any other legal relations between the traveller and the owner/provider of the Villa/Apartment/Hotel from this contract. This denial of responsibility includes all claims for compensation of personal, material and/or damage of the property.
