This lovely detached villa is conveniently situated in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones. The fine sandy beach and main central Avenue of Puerto del Carmen are just 2.4km away. There is a good selection of restaurants, shops and a supermarket within 10 minutes walk of the villa.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 and comprises:
Spacious living/dining room with comfortable leather sofas, table and chairs, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD Player and a stereo system, patio doors to pool area; modern separate kitchen with breakfast bar, oven/hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board; master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom;

rear door leads to a covered terrace, with table and chairs for ‘alfresco’ dining; extensive sun terraces and ornamental gardens surround the 6m x 4m solar heated swimming pool, (which is acclimatized during the winter months), Jacuzzi /hot spa with adjustable jets, comfortable sun beds, with cushions and a parasol, poolside shower and a portable barbecue. The villa benefits from limited sea views and there is off-road parking.

Maid service is provided twice weekly.

Peak: £1050 (1214 EUR)
Christmas: £1100 (1272 EUR)
*Prices are for up to 4 persons sharing, with a supplement of £115 (133 EUR) for each extra person. Villa sleeps up to a maximum of 7 persons.

Seasons:

Off-Peak: first half December, January, May, June.

Mid Season: November, February, March, April (except Easter), September, October, 1st half July.

Peak: Easter, 2nd half July, August

Christmas: Second half December (but not including returns before Christmas e.g. 15 - 22 Dec)
