In an ideal location, adjacent to our most popular villa La Cancilla, Villa Jessica offers clients the privacy of a villa with its own pool yet perfectly situated in central Puerto del Carmen only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The oval shaped swimming pool measures 20 square metres and is surrounded by sun terraces and a barbecue with covered seating area and table and chairs. There is a table tennis table for guest use. Steps lead up to the main entrance of the villa on the first floor. The property sleeps up to 6 people and includes: First floor: dining room with arched entrance leading to a modern fitted kitchen with large fridge, separate freezer, electric oven, electric and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron; comfortably furnished lounge with cane furniture, Satellite TV (no card) audio equipment and picture window with views across Puerto del Carmen to Fuerteventura; 2 twin bedrooms; 1 bathroom. Ground floor: large lounge with patio doors opening out to the pool area; twin bedroom with safe; shower room. The pool is acclimatised during the Winter months Maid service is provided twice weekly.
