This prestigious villa is in an excellent elevated position in central Puerto del Carmen with superb panoramic views to the sea and across to Fuerteventura. Take the steps down from the terraces to the 12m x 5m attractive kidney shaped swimming pool set in mature tropical gardens with high walls enabling you to soak up the sun and relax in complete privacy. The pool is solar heated throughout the year and acclimatised during the winter months.The villa also features a 'Hotspring' jacuzzi and external pool table. Within a few minutes stroll of the golden sandy beach and perfectly situated for the main avenida of shops, popular bars and restaurants of Puerto del Carmen, the property is built on two levels and benefits from both open and covered sunbathing terraces. Guests can also enjoy the outside dining area and BBQ. The villa sleeps up to 8 people and includes: Upper level Twin bedroom with ceiling fan; double bedroom with patio doors leading to a large balcony; shower room; hallway leading to the balcony.
