It is positioned within a few minutes walk of the new Fariones Sports Complex which boasts a fully equiped gymnasium, tennis and squash courts and large swimming pool set in very picturesque gardens. It also enjoys open and covered terraces with spacious sunbathing and seating area, complete with a built in brick barbeque. The garden exudes a tropical flavour as it is well stocked with mature plants. It also affords a beautiful sea view and is less than 3 minute walk away from the beach. The property has a very comfortable lounge with Satelite TV(no card).
