The complex benefits from sea views with a large swimming pool and separate children's pool, amongst landscaped gardens. This first floor, spacious and well maintained apartment sleeps up to four people and includes: Stunning pool and sea views from balcony and bedroom windows Air Conditioning Fully equipped kitchen with 2 ring hob, small oven, toaster, kettle and microwave. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area. Family bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and hairdryer. Large lounge area with satellite TV, DVD player, Radio CD, IPod docking station, PS2 games console. Two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and security safe. Beach Towles and deckchairs Locally based property management company provides a 24 hour helpline. The apartment may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties due to stairs that access the complex. Complex is ideally located for all Puerto Del Carmen has to offer and is only a 15 min taxi ride from the airport approx 16�. Within a 2 minute walk you will be on the beach front where you will find a variety of restaurants. Alternatively a 10 minute walk will take you to the old town harbour area with restaurants that will give you spectacular views over the the Island of Fuerteventura. The main beach is a 2 minute walk, offering sun beds, water sports, showers, toilets and life guards. Alternatively the quiet Playa Chica is a 5-10 minute walk away. This is a cover popular for all kinds of water activities. There is a small supermarket conveniently located across road from the apartment. The main shopping centre, Biosfera,is a 5 minute walk away.
