The complex consists of 24 apartments and has a communal pool within well kept grounds. The lounge is very comfortable with an L-Shaped sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player. There are patio doors which lead out to the terrace which also has table & chairs, for you to have breakfast whilst enjoying the early morning sunshine / or a glass of wine before dinner in the evening. The open plan kitchen area has all of your main appliances including hob/oven/microwave/kettle/toaster/ fridge & freezer. There is also a table and chairs. The good sized bathroom has a shower and a washing machine installed. The double bedroom is spacious with a double bed and built in wardrobes. The twin room has built in pull down beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers and also has patio doors leading out onto a small terrace. The apartment can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 Adults & 2 children. This apartment is within 10 minutes walk to all amenities inluding supermarkets/restaurants/bars/shops. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but the outside terrace can be used for this purpose.
