It is an attractive complex built on a hillside so whether you are sunbathing at the communal pool or having a refreshing drink at the pool bar you can enjoy the stunning views. The pool bar and communal grounds are kept immaculate and the pool bar has English speaking staff and organised theme nights e.g. quiz nights etc so you can get to know your neighbours. The complex is ideally located for access to shops/bars and restaurants and is only 5 minutes from the Old Town harbour. The apartment itself is very light & airy and very spacious. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen with a breakfast bar and the apartment is furnished to a high standard. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and a safe to give you peace of mind for your valuables. There is also an air conditioning unit for use with a slot machine. The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet, wash hand basin and there is a washing machine also fitted, which is great for travelling light. As the apartment is on the first floor you have a private balcony with partial sea views which is ideal for enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple as the sun goes down. The nearest beach is Playa Chica which is approx 15 minutes away and if you are interested in water activities this is the place to go as they have diving/paragliding etc all available. Playa Grande which is the large beach in Puerto Del Carmen is approx 20 minutes walk away. If you like walking you also have the ability to walk directly from Puerto del Carmen to either of the neighbouring villages, Puerto Calero or Playa Honda which is where the airport is situated.
