The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, separate kitchen, a choice of dining areas, plus a large games room, which features a sofa bed plus another bathroom. The upstairs terrace has superb mountain and some sea views, whilst the ground floor terrace has very comfortable sofa seating, plus sunbeds, an excellent sand pit and a very impressive barbeque. The games room features a kitchen area and a large dining table, plus satellite TV, CD player, dart board and table football. The swimming pool is a beautiful kidney shaped pool with waterfall, and is heated both with solar and electric power. There is an aluminium fence around the pool, allowing children to play on the terrace in safety. The villa has beautifully cultivated mature gardens, and there is plenty of space to kick a ball around.
