This villa, constructed in 2002, is beautifully furnished villa and is situated in an elevated position in Puerto del Carmen.

It offers magnificent views over the resort and southern coastline and a high level of comfort inside.
The harbour and lively centre of Puerto del Carmen are about 12 minutes walk away.

The detached villa features a solar heated 8m x 3.5m rectangular swimming pool with Roman style steps which is acclimatised during the winter months. Guests can also enjoy the five-seater Jacuzzi which is located close to the pool on the lower terrace. The upper terrace offers shaded areas to relax and enjoy the view.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 persons and comprises of:

Stylish lounge/dining room furnished with leather sofas and equipped with Satellite TV limited channels, DVD and CD player, terrace doors lead to the upper terrace.
Separate modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron.
Utility room with washing machine.
Entrance hall leads to double bedroom with Satellite TV limited channels and ensuite bathroom.
Two twin bedrooms.
Family bathroom.

Towels are changed 6 days a week and bedding twice.
Maid service is provided twice weekly.

Off-Peak: £850 (983 EUR)
Mid Season: £875 (1012 EUR)
Peak: £1050 (1214 EUR)
Christmas: £1095 (1266 EUR)
*Prices are for up to 4 persons sharing, with a supplement of £175 (203 EUR) for each extra person. Villa sleeps up to a maximum of 6 persons.

Seasons:

Off-Peak: first half December, January, May, June.

Mid Season: November, February, March, April (except Easter), September, October, 1st half July.

Peak: Easter, 2nd half July, August

Christmas: Second half December (but not including returns before Christmas e.g. 15 - 22 Dec)
