This attractive and spacious villa is situated in the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. The old town, harbour and main avenida are all within 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The villa is situated in it's own grounds with an 6m x 3m private pool which is solar heated during the summer and electrically heated during the winter. Open and covered terraces surround the pool which are furnished with sun-loungers, parasols and patio furniture. The property also provides a Barbecue and an outside dining area, enabling guests to make the most of al-fresco dining during the warm evenings and enjoy the mountain views.

The villa, which is built all a single level is well-equipped and furnished to a high standard with large, spacious rooms. The living/dining room has leather sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player, music system, four-seater dining table and patio doors leading out to the pool.

The modern kitchen is well appointed with light wood fittings. It is particularly well-equipped and contains a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and breakfast table.

A utility room provides a washing machine and ironing facilities. All of the bedrooms are attractively decorated and furnished. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead out onto the terrace. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds and share a family bathroom.

Villa Tomas has a safe and is also fully alarmed.

*Prices are for up to 4 persons sharing, with a supplement of £60 (70 EUR) for each extra person. Villa sleeps up to a maximum of 6 persons.

Mid Season: November, February, March, April (except Easter), September, October, 1st half July.

Peak: Easter, 2nd half July, August

Christmas: Second half December (but not including returns before Christmas e.g. 15 - 22 Dec)
